Frans and Triena, both with deep roots in Africa, share a lifelong passion for animals and science. Frans grew up on a game farm in South Africa and studied biology and pharmacy, while Triena grew up on a cattle ranch in Namibia and pursued pharmacy studies. After completing internships in South Africa, they launched a relief pharmacy business in Namibia in 2004, helping provide medication in remote areas. Their journey led them to the U.S., where they entered the veterinary pharmaceuticals field, eventually moving to Seguin, Texas. In February 2020, they opened Core Veterinary Compounding Pharmacy, blending their love for animals with their expertise in pharmacy.
